Membership Agreement
Welcome to ClubLux. By signing this Membership Agreement, you agree to abide by all facility rules and regulations. This agreement outlines the responsibilities of both the facility and the member to ensure a safe and elite training environment for all athletes.
Members are expected to maintain professional conduct, respect other participants, and handle all equipment with care. Access to specialized recovery zones and strength areas is subject to the specific terms of your membership tier as selected during enrollment.
ClubLux reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of any updated terms. Please ensure your contact details remain current in our system for important service announcements and policy updates.
Liability Waiver
This Liability Waiver and Release of Liability (the 'Waiver') is executed by the undersigned in favor of Clublux Perth. In consideration of being permitted to participate in recreational sports, athletic activities, and wellness services (collectively, the 'Activities'), I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.
Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in physical fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, permanent disability, or death. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releasees or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation.
Release and Waiver: I hereby release, waive, and discharge Clublux Perth, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in the Activities.
Medical Consent: I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during my participation in the Activities. I understand that I am responsible for all costs associated with such medical treatment.
